Evelyn M. Ricks

Evelyn Mae Ricks, 96 passed away peacefully on September 30, 2012. Mrs. Rick’s was the daughter of the late Ivison Conklin and Annie Hargrave Conklin and was preceded in death by her husband William Ricks. Survivors include her three children Donna Watts and husband Steve, Donald Ricks and wife Starr, and Gary Ricks and wife Debbi; four grandchildren Maria Starcher and husband Daric, Stephen Shanon Watts and wife Lori, Kristin MacDonald and husband Justin, Ryan Ricks and stepgranddaughter Wendy; five great grandchildren Trevor Harrison, Mason Starcher, Kyle Watts, Kacy Watts and Kayla Corcoran. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home where a celebration of Mrs. Rick’s life will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park. A reception will follow at the home of Donna Watts. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
