George retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard and served in the US Army Reserves for 8 years. He was a Softball Hall of Famer and Loved to Dance.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Margaret Theresa Carty; and nephews and nieces that loved and will miss him.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 2pm at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach VA 23462.
