Gerald Allen May, age 79, of Chesapeake, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. He was born on March 6, 1946 to the late Robert Y. May and Margaret (Proctor) May in Norfolk, VA.

Gerald retired from Walker-Laberge Company as a Glazier and served in the US Army.

He is survived by his step-son, William C. Epperly and his wife, Amy; step-daughter, Beth A. Hauser and her husband, Herbert; and sister, Roberta "Bobbi" May.

A celebration of life for Gerald will be held Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462. A burial will occur at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.
