Harry Edward Lindstrom Sr.

Harry E. Lindstrom Sr., LCDR, USN, (Ret)., 91, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2018. Mr. Lindstrom was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II. He retired as a LCDR after 27 years of honorable service with the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by a grandson H. “Eddie” Lindstrom III. Survivors include his loving wife of 70 years Jeannie Lindstrom; 2 sons H.E. “Dink” Lindstrom Jr., and wife Sondra, David Lindstrom and wife Sharon; 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 11 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel where a Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday at 10:30a.m. A graveside service will follow at 1p.m. at the Albert G.
