She is survived by her son Billy Lee Kelly Jr., and wife Cindy; daughter Donna Kelly Parker and husband Bill; and son James Franklin Kelly and wife Selena. Her grandchildren include Billy III and Timothy and their mother Melinda Kelly Mitchell, Donnie, Tracy, Sherry, B.J., Jennifer, Tracey, Jimmy, and Kassie Eve, and Katherine and numerous great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 6-8pm at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
