Jane retired from Civil Service Cafeteria, Naval Station, Norfolk, VA. After retirement, she spent much of her time caring for her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jane was a talented seamstress. She loved needlepoint and sewing. She enjoyed making costumes for her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father and mother Thomas and Isla Lowe, husband Bill Foreman, Sr, son Jerry Stafford, daughter Deborah Vick, brothers Guy Lowe and Jerry Lowe.
She is survived by her son Bill Foreman, Jr, his wife Kathy, son-in-law Mark Vick and daughter-in-law Jo Ann Stafford. Jane is survived by grandchildren Josh Foreman and wife Brittanie, Brett Foreman and wife Meghan, Shaun Foreman and wife Laura, Austin Vick and six great grandchildren.
A memorial service and reception will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 29 at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
