Jean Rowe

Jean Agnes Rowe, 90, passed away Saturday night in Virginia Beach. Jean was born in Washington D.C. to the late George and Kathryn MacDonald. She is also predeceased by her husband, Jerry Rowe. She is survived by a brother-in-law, Jack Rowe of Fort Worth, TX and cousins, William F. Brabant of Laurel, MD and George Brabant of Lexington Park, MD and her friend and neighbor, Raleigh Totten.
