Mr. Stuffel served in the U.S. Navy and was an Electrician for General Motors where he retired after 27 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Catheryn A. Stuffel; sons Joseph V. Stuffel II and wife Amanda, and Jino Stuffel and wife Becki; daughter Karelyn Houston and husband Dennis; brothers Dale Stuffel and Victor Stuffel; sister Peggy Kelsey; and 6 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6-7pm on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA, 23464.
A Celebration of Life will be at 11am on Friday, January 15, 2016 at Coastal Community Church, 2800 S. Independence Blvd., Virginia Beach VA, 23456. Burial will follow at Princess Anne Memorial Park.
