Virginia Beach - Julieta Ramirez Baylon, 74, passed away on Jan. 6, 2017. She was born on July 2, 1942 in Murcia, Philippines to the late Oscar and Lydia Ramirez. She spent a lifetime caring for others as a registered nurse and devoted to her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Angel; and brother, Harvey. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Wilfred (Wil); sisters, Amy, Bebeng, and Neneng; brother, Oscar; and their spouses and children.
