Norfolk - Luzminda Pagatpatan Obedoza, 79, passed away on Sept. 8, 2015. She was born in Digos, Davao, Philippines on June 8, 1936 to the late Rizal and Maria Pagatpatan. Mrs. Obedoza was a practicing physician in the Philippines. When she moved to the United States with her husband, she was a devoted mother that raised her two sons. Mrs. Obedoza was a very giving, loving, and kind woman.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 52 years, Segundino Orines Obedoza, CDR MC USN Ret.; sister, Clara Paraiso, MD; sons, Dino Obedoza and his wife Christal and Gino Obedoza and his wife Denise; and grandchildren, Gabryel, Brandon, Maddox, and Mason.
