Survivors include three children, Theresa Cross and her husband Richard, Cyndy Jacks and her husband Tim, Dan Chambers and his wife Irene; two grandchildren Justin Jacks and his wife Kristen and Melissa Chambers and a great grandson Logan Jacks and a sister Priscilla Gusler.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 12 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 13, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
