Virginia Beach – Matthew J. Moore, 84, passed away on November 15, 2010. He is predeceased by his wife, Martha Jane Moore. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during WWII.
He is survived by his daughters, Linda Jean Moore and Karen Ann Moore, his 4 grandchildren, Zebulan and Michelle Gay, Jacob Gay, Nathaniel Gay, and Rachel and Chris Pollock, and one great-grandson, Daniel Pollock.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm on Friday at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home.
