Paul Reginald Rule, Sr., 67, passed away on October 28, 2018. He was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Barbara and Guy Rule, Jr.. Paul served his country in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He had a free spirit and was very interested in the culture of the Native Americans.
Left to cherish his memory are 3 sons, Paul R. Rule, Jr., Ryan Drawdy, and Jack Drawdy, Jr (Adrian); and his sister Mary Tharp (John); and a host of extended family and friends.
Services will be private.
