Philip J. Richter, Jr. died August 15, 2016. He retired from the US Navy in June of 1980. He is survived by his spouse Susanna C. Richter, and two of his three children, Philip J. Richter IV and his wife Deborah, Veronica Vance and her husband Chad.
He was predeceased by his son Eric D. Richter.
He is also survived by his grandchildren and his great grandchildren, family and friends.
His memorial service will be held as a mass at St. Gregory’s the Great Catholic Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia on September 1, 2016 at 11:00 am. You may offer your condolences to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com
