Rawle E. R. King departed this life on September 23, 2015. Rawle was born to parents Percival and Iris King on February 10, 1933 in Barbados, West Indies. Rawle was the third child and attended Barbados Academy where he obtained his Senior Cambridge Certificate. Rawle began his working career at Warrens Sugar Factory then went on to work with Barclays Bank in Barbados. He was transferred to Trinidad and later to Jamaica where he met and married Ouida Woolley. Rawle and Ouida enjoyed 50 years of wedded bliss. Their union produced three beautiful children Sandra, Shelly and Sharlene. The family migrated to the United States where Rawle worked with United Parcel Service until his retirement. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Rawle leaves to mourn, and celebrate his life, his beloved wife Ouida, children Sandra King, Shelly (Eric) Watson and Sharlene King, seven grandchildren Shavonne, Rahmel, Leonard, Ebony, Eric, Justin and Candace, sister Joyce King, brothers Frank King and Patrick (Euris) King, sister-in-law Constance Wood and a host of nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
