Scott was always passionate about family and said his grandkids were his greatest joy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell I. Brown and Donna S. Brewer as well as his sister Megan. He is survived by his daughters, Heather, Ariel, Erin and Corinne; his grandsons, Alex, Sterling and Jameson; his brothers, Robby, Daniel, Matthew, Todd and John; his sisters, Laura, Susan, Amy and Georgia, and his step-father Robert Brewer.
A celebration of life service will be held for Scott on Saturday, November 3rd at 3pm at Nimmo United Methodist Church in Virginia Beach. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
