Susan was born in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Robert and Florence Tullio. Susan was a great singer, loved to have fun, travel, play mini golf and loved softball and skating as a kid. She worked for the Virginian-Pilot for over 20 years.
Left to cherish her memory are sisters, Donna Tullio and Laurie E. Smallwood (Bob); aunt, Arvada Johnson; and cousin, Linda McClain.
A funeral service followed by entombment for Susan will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.
