NORFOLK- Tammy L. Matthews, 39, passed away on August 13, 2010.
Survivors include her loving husband, Carlton “Matt” Matthews, family in New Jersey and a brother in Florida.
A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held on Sunday, August 22, 2010, 2:00 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home.
