I have known Wanda almost my entire life starting as a child at Church of God of Prophecy.  I remember her beautiful harmonies when she sang with Gayle and Shirley and I later played the piano for them.  She was always a longtime and faithful friend to my Mom, Amelia Fermil.  They traveled from coast to coast looking for the treasured antiques and especially flow blue.  Glen ice joined them in song and travels.  Wanda called my Mom almost every day on her way home from work.  They shared so many memories, much laughter, worship and friendship in good times and bad.  The Angels set her spirit free and we will see her again and join her with Christ for eternity.  May God bless David, and her children as they grieve.

Hard to say goodbye to a loved one…. I wish that I had got to see you a little more…. But the phone conversations we had were good ones… 

I know you’re not in pain anymore…. Just know that you were loved and still are by everyone that that u came into contact with…. You touched the lives of so many people

Wanda was so beautiful. I remember her from the time her father came to pastor the church at Norview. Her voice blended so well with Gayle and Janice in the trio. Loved to hear them sing. I became best friends with her brother and cherish the memories of those days. Though I lost touch with Wanda after I left the area, I never forgot her and know that she led a remarkable life. Rest in peace sweet lady. My deepest condolences to David and the family. Some holes never get filled but the memories keep them alive. Love to you all.
