William worked for Southern Auto Group as an Automotive Detail Manager for 15 years. He was a very loving, supportive, funny, and optimistic man. Billy enjoyed fishing, golfing, grilling and uplifting his family. Being sad wasn’t an option in his book.
He is survived by his loving parents James J. Moore, Jr. and Margaret Moore; his children, Jackson Moore and his wife Tabatha, Meredith Moore and Brittany Moore; two grandchildren Ethan and Tanner Moore; brothers Jimmy Moore and Gary Moore; sister Peggy “Pixie” Moore; fiancé Stacy Mathias Moore and stepchildren Lauren Fine, Johnathan Feight, and Sarah Feight and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 4pm at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
