William is survived by his wife, Mary E. Shelly; brother, Donald Shelly of Quakertown, PA; sister, Margaret Kulik of Quakertown, PA; daughter, Carol Ann Shelly of Lynchburg, VA; sons, William Keith Shelly of Sobieski, WI, Tod Shelly of Fayetteville, NC, Steven Shelly of Courtland, VA, and James Shelly of Va Beach, VA; several grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
There will be a family gathering on Thurs, Oct 20, 2016 from 7:00 - 8:30 pm at Fellowship Baptist Church, 419 Glenrock Rd, Norfolk, VA. A funeral service will be held Fri Oct 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
