He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years, Judy Becker; children Deborah (James) Fuller; three grandchildren Megan, Ryan, and Kevin Fuller; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Vern taught at Wayland Union Schools for many years. Vern was a farmer his entire life. Vern served in the National Guard.
Burial for Vern has taken place at Robbins cemetery. In honor of Vern, memorial contributions may be made to Crisp Point Historical Lighthouse Society.
