Barbara Salesi

Barbara C. E. Salesi, 46 was called home to be with our Lord September 30, 2014. Brunello and Rosa Salesi were blessed with the birth of Barbara on December 2, 1967 in Pasadena. TX. Barbara is a graduate of the University of Houston. Barbara moved to Spain for four years shortly after graduating from college where she became fluent in Spanish and spread her wings. Having had deep passions for travel, baking, crafts, educating children and nurturing wayward animals back to health, she worked tirelessly every day to make a positive difference in all that she endeavored to do. Her passion for nurturing animals led her to founding Muttley Love; an animal rescue shelter. Most recently, Barbara was fostering a young girl in need of love and enrichment whom she intended to adopt. Her devotion to this child was unparalleled. Those who experienced her energy, drive and determination are blessed to have known her. Barbara has been reunited with her mother, Rosa, who preceded her and survived by her father Brunello, sister Sandra, brothers Brunello Jr and Vincent, nephew Brunello III, uncles Father Glauco Salesi and Gianpaolo Salesi of Genoa, Italy and Vito Angelo of Houston, cousins Paola Salesi of Genoa, Italy and Andrea Salesi of Milan, Italy. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and a rosary will be recited afterward from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday October 6th at Forest Park East Funeral Home in Webster. Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday October 7th at Annunciation Catholic Church in Houston.
