She was born in Cameron, TX on December 22, 1936 to Charles and Irene Ingram. She was raised in Franklin, TX and graduated from Franklin High School. She was married to Bill Schulz for 61 years.
Carla had a career as an Administrative Assistant at the Houston Police Department for 37 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and niece, Brenda Harlow. She is survived by her husband, Bill Schulz; sister, Joan Harlow; niece, Laura Harlow; nephew, Robert Harlow; niece, Paula Workman; and great-nephews Stephen Harlow and Zale Bush.
Carla will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
