Derek Andrew Chachere passed away on May 01, 2012. He was born on June 25, 1989. Derek was a graduate of La Porte High School and San Jacinto College, and was continuing his education. He was a talented poet, violinist and designer. After difficult struggles in his young life, Derek is at peace now. He is survived by his mother, Laura Clarke, his brother, Dylan Chachere, and his father, David Chachere. Derek also leaves grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will cherish his memory. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening, May 6, from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 7, at 10 AM. Both will be at Forest Park East Funeral Home in Webster, Texas.
