Donna Childs Paris

Donna Childs Paris, 86, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones on May 10, 2015. She was born in Salt Lake City on January 11, 1929, and raised in Richfield, UT, the only child of Victor Cleveland and Elizabeth Maude Wilson. After graduating from Richfield High (’47), she attended BYU and beauty school. Donna made her way to TEXAS where she met and married Don Keith Paris in 1962. They raised their children in Pasadena, TX. In 1973 they were sealed in the Salt Lake City LDS temple. Donna was compassionate and kind to her fellow man and all of God’s creations. She was committed to family, church and volunteered countless hours in community service. Donna is preceded in death by her husband, Keith. Survivors include their 7 children: Dewey (Debbie), Jack (Christie), Terry (Lynn), Vicki Grant (Tim), Karen Staples (Shawn), James Keith (Shelley), Katie Hasara (Matt) ; 34 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX, 77598, Friday, May 15, 4-8 p.m. Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m., May 16, with family receiving guests at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4202 Yellowstone Dr., Pasadena, TX, 77504.
