Mrs. Faye Brady Gemmill

Faye was married to Wayne Gemmill who passed away on January 22, 2022. Faye worked as RN nurse for 52 years, she worked at the VA hospital for 30 years and other hospitals/heath care facilities. Faye was a member of Bayou Drive Baptist Church in Alvin, Texas. Faye had a passion for the LORD, she was a pastor’s wife, had a prison ministry, nursing home ministry, helped with the missionary ministry and helped all who needed help. She loved her family and would do anything for anyone that needed help.

She was preceded in death by Husband Wayne Gemmill, Father Leon Brady, Mother Pauline Brady, Brother Wayne Brady, and Brother Paul Brady.

She is survived by her twin brother Franklin Brady, Brother Steve Brady, Sons Kenny Hanks (wife Tish), Wally Hanks, and Daughter Margo Lauzon. Step daughter Lynn Harris (husband Butch), Stepsons Tim Gemmill (wife Kathy), Andy Gemmill, Pete Gemmill (wife Dawn).She has 26 Grandchildren, 35 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren.

A visitation for Faye will be held Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A funeral service will occur Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A reception will occur Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598.
