Frank grew up in the Clear Creek area and graduated from Clear Creek High School where he was a track star. He went on to attend a few classes at Notre Dame before becoming a father to his beloved “chicas” (daughters).
Frank met the love of his life, Lisa Trombley, in 1999 on Good Friday at Garden Ridge. It turned out to be a GREAT Friday! They married in October of 2001. He was her “peanut butter” and she was his “sweetie peanut.”
After a long history in logistics, he then pursued an entrepreneur path in the sales of AMSOIL. He was a member of Grace Community Church for 7 years. He belonged to their small social group, Clear Lake Cars and Coffee, showing off his bright Ford red GT Mustang!
He enjoyed spending time being social and active particularly at car shows, always making a friend. He adored his grandchildren, especially when he had the chance to visit with them, sharing his favorite pastime, Ovaltine chocolate milk and cookies. He loved cracking jokes, especially with his daughters and even when they didn’t laugh, he would! It was the “Clark Griswold” in him!
Frank was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Keith Williby, Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife Lisa Muñiz; daughters Nicole Muñiz, Jennifer Muñiz, and Amy Muñiz (fiancé Kevin Jenkins); grandchildren Emma, Mason, Easton, Juliana, Jaymeson, and Jordyn; sisters Frankie Williby, Malinda Johnson (husband Wes), and Judy Fuentes; nephew Keith Williby, Jr. and nieces Jessica Newlin and Sabrina Williby; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Grace Church Houston, located at 14505 Gulf Fwy in Houston, Texas on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Floral deliveries can be delivered to the church on Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Private family burial will be held at Forest Park East Cemetery.
