Lee was a proud member of the first graduating class of Clear Lake High School in Clear Lake, TX and a 28-year veteran Operator at DuPont Bayport. Lee truly valued his long-time high school and DuPont friends. When you made friends with Lee, you were a friend for life.
Lee leaves behind a wife, Lynice Sailer-Kelley, daughters Jentry Kelley, Audrey Owens and Amber Olah. Daughter-in-law Kyndall Sailer, son-in-law Bert Olah and grandchildren Madilyn Sailer, Jackson Sailer, Everett Olah, Liam Lynch, Sailer Olah and Kate Olah, sisters Kathy Ringrose, Renee Stone and Janet Gibbons, cousin and honorary brother, Bland Kelley, brothers-in-law Robert Stone and Rick Gibbons. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Lee Kelley, Sr. and Eva Kelley along with his son Justin Sailer.
Lee was known to have a great sense of humor and got such joy from teasing his family and friends. He was trustworthy, honest, generous and above reproach. His favorite place to be was on the lake fishing and cooking for his family and large crowds. You knew you were loved by Lee when he invited you for a fish fry or to one of his epic spaghetti feasts. We all know that if those Astros don’t get it together this season, Lee will be throwing a world series fit.
