Jack Clifton Clanton Sr. of Friendswood, Texas, passed away on November 26, 2014 at the age of 90. He was born on June 3, 1924 in Black Ankle, Georgia to Rubin L. and Jenny Walker Clanton. Preceded in death by Bruce W. Kelly Jr., Jack is survived by his loving wife, Frances Louise Clanton; Son, Jack C. Clanton, Jr. of League City, Texas; Daughter, Sherry C. Kelley of Athens, Texas and her twin, Jerry C. Kendrick of League City, Texas. Children; Trey Clanton, Kenneth Sparks, Brett Kelley, and Matthew Kelley. Great Grandchildren; Missouri, Montana, Noha, Cameron and Peyton. Sister, Jean Kirk. Jack worked as a Brick Mason for sixty years and was a member of the Brick Layers Local #7. He had a passion for fishing, hunting and playing pool. The family will receive visitors from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Forest Park East Funeral Home in Webster, Texas. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00pm on Monday, December 1, 2014 at Forest Park East Cemetery with interment following.
