James V. McAnally, Jr. went home to the Lord on December 25, 2014. He was born to Estelle and Virgil McAnally on November 11, 1922 in Augusta, TX. He is survived by daughters Janet Foltz, Paula Shirley and Julie Whiteside, as well as grandsons Mason Whiteside and Stuart Whiteside. He is also survived by his beloved Mary Bruso.
He was a veteran of both WWII and the Korean War. He worked for Shell Chemical for 43 years. He was also active in Rotary, the Salvation Army, the Masons and his church.
Services will be on Tuesday, December 30 at Sunset United Methodist Church in Pasadena. Viewing will be from 10AM to 11AM with services following from 11AM to Noon. Interment will be at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Frwy. in Webster. A reception will be held at Sunset Methodist at 2:30PM.
