Jeanette Lee Brown

She was married to her best friend and loving husband, James Alan Brown, for 61 years.

Jeanette was a dedicated land title examiner for Land America and several other

title companies for over 30 years. Known for her infectious smile and great laugh, she never met a stranger and was a friend to many.

Jeanette had a deep passion for collecting antiques and shopping. She had a very generous and loving nature about her, always thinking of others during her many shopping adventures.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Wilma A. Peavler and Ralph L. Peavler, as well as her siblings,

Janice Westerfield, Jeanie Morgan, and Lynn Peavler.

Jeanette is survived by her husband, James Alan Brown; her sons James Hyer Brown and wife Carol, and Joseph Alan Brown; her grandchildren, Savanna and husband Francisco, Sheree, Emily, Nolan, and Brett; her great-grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Mason, and Noah; along with a host of other loving relatives who will cherish her memory.

A visitation for Jeanette will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, from 11:00 AM, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A committal service will occur Tuesday, December 31, 2024, from 12:00 PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home & Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598.
