Born on April 22, 1965 in Topeka, Kansas, Jeff is preceded in death by his Father James Douglas Sr. and beloved dog T-Bone. He is survived by his Mother Caroline Douglas-Bundy and Step-Father Wayne Bundy, his brothers James and Jason Douglas, nieces Jennifer and Jessica Douglas, nephews James III and Jay Douglas, great nephew Robbie Douglas along with numerous family and many friends.
A family memorial will be held at Jeff's parent's home in Clear Lake.
