

Juliette Marie Andersen, 91, of Galveston and Houston, Texas, passed away April 25, 2025. She was born in Galveston, Texas, on March 22, 1934, to Ezio and Mary Chesari. She was married to H.E. Rusty Andersen for many years.
Juliette had a career in secretary support for the Houston Ship Pilots. She was a member of the retired Houston Ship Pilots women's luncheon organization. Juliette had a passion for her family and friends, her house on Walnut Creek, Houston, Texas, her flowers and plants, traveling to Colorado and other places in the US and abroad with her sister-in-law Deloris Andersen, and her family. Juliette lived and loved her Italian heritage as a Chesari and a Ceccacci and was able to speak fluent Italian at a young age, and let's not forget her cooking those delicious homemade Italian dishes like lasagna and biscotti that made us smile.
She was preceded in death by, her husband Rusty Andersen, son Henry Andersen, parents Ezio and Mary Cesari, and brother-in-law Roand Andersen.
She is survived by her sister-in-law Deloris Andersen, first cousin and godson Paul Barnett and his wife Cyndi Barnett, first cousin Junior Falk and his wife Gladys Falk, first cousin Antoinette Ceccacci, and many special second cousins.
Special people are Kevin Rich, Elizabeth and Edgar Martinez, Pete Hinton, Kennail Stephny, Stacy Lehaman, and the Meridian Assisted Living (Beach House) staff.
