Kathy Robbins

Kathy Andrison Robbins, 69, passed away on October 10, 2023. She was born on January 25, 1954 in Ada, Oklahoma to Billy and Claddine Andrison. She was married to Patrick Robbins for 19 years. Kathy worked in the department of orthopedics at UTMB for 15 years. She was a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Bar-b-que Committee for 27 years, and that is where she met Patrick in 1998. Together they loved to travel, especially to Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas & 30A in Florida to relax and enjoy each other and their friends who often travelled with them.

Kathy also had a beautiful singing voice and loved to sing karaoke, weddings, and other events when called upon. Kathy and Patrick were long time supporters of the University of Houston Athletics teams and the Cougar Cookers cook team at the Rodeo Cookoff.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Debbie Hoelke, and son Jeffrey Wilms.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband Patrick Sheridan Robbins; sons Joshua Wilms and his wife Catherine and Corey Wilms; granddaughter on the way, Adalyne Wilms; sister Vickie Bigham and numerous nephews.

A memorial service for Kathy will be held Monday, October 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home, located at 21620 Gulf Freeway in Webster, Texas. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared below for the Robbins family. The family encourages attendees to wear their favorite Houston Astros clothing as Kathy never missed watching a game and was very hopeful they would repeat this year and win the World Series!
