Ken Garry III, 46, of Kemah, passed away on October 31, 2015. He was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma on January 24, 1969 to Dr. Kenneth Garry, Jr. and Connie Garry. He was married to Sharon Garry for 14 years. Ken Garry had a career as a systems analyst for Boeing on the International Space Station. He had a passion for books, video games, good beer, and his puppies. He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Kenneth Garry, Jr.; his grandfather, Richard Miller; and his uncle, Richie Wolf. Ken Garry is survived by his wife, Sharon Garry; son, Blake Barker; grandmother, Thelma Miller; brother, Daniel Garry; sister Megan Garry; step-mother, Janice Garry; aunt, Jeanne Wolf Chiappetta; aunt, Diane “Dee” Ryan; uncle, James Ryan; mother-in-law, Pam Mabe; father-in-law, Larry Mabe; and numerous cousins and extended family members. A visitation will be held Wednesday, November 04, 2015 from 5:00 -6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 6:00 p.m.
