

Annie Laura Miranda,76, of Austin, Texas passed away November 22, 2024. She was born in Marshall, Texas on May 17, 1948, to James Gilbert and Lucille Parker. Laura was happily married to Edward Miranda for 32 years. Laura’s last career was as a finance manager for Henna Chevrolet.
Laura was a beautiful person inside and out. She loved being around family, enjoyed going to the beach, and gardening. Laura was a selfless caregiver to many. She was very devoted to God, reading her Bible daily and praying.
Laura was preceded in death by her brother Robert Curtis Hudson, parents and stepfather Robert LeRoy Hudson.
She is survived by husband Edward Miranda; children Tammy Colley (James), Ron Martin, Jr. (Holly), Lisa Lopez (Ysaias Lopez Jr.), Michael Miranda (Jana), Jason Miranda (Amanda), and Eric Miranda; grandchildren Amanda Wagner, Kenneth Woods, Michael Woods, Courtney Mershon, Ellie Martin, Anthony Lopez, Maegan Pardue, Andrew Lopez, Alix Lopez, Julian Miranda, Erika Miranda, Jason T. Miranda, Cameron Miranda, Valan Miranda, and Coley Lankford; numerous great-grandchildren; sisters Jeannie Ansley (Ray), Barbara Dickerson (Jerry), and Tina Grindle; nieces and nephews Christopher Porterfield, James Holley, Lindsey Villasenor, and James Grindle.
Visitation will be on Monday, December 2, 2024, from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm with a funeral service to start at 2:00 pm and committal to follow. All services will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 21620 Gulf Freeway in Webster, Texas.
