Pam was born on January 17, 1960, in Washington, D.C. to David and Donna Hallene, and spent her life giving her whole heart to the people she loved. She was the middle sibling of five siblings: David, Donna, Linda and Jimmy. She was a devoted mother to Daniel Lott (Haley) and Kimberly Lott(Brandon), and nothing brought her more joy than being “Nana” to her three grandchildren—Jaxson Lott, Everleigh Lott, and James Jordan Fitzcharles.
Pam is joined in Heaven with her father, mother and her two sisters.
Pam had a steady, kind presence and a quiet strength that lifted others up. She built a career in accounting, but her true passions were at home—gardening in the sunshine, throwing backyard BBQs filled with laughter and good food, and getting down on the floor to play with her grandbabies. Her love was felt in the little things: a homemade meal, a knock on the door, a phone call just to check in.
She was also passionate about helping others, dedicating her time to causes like the March of Dimes and the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk. Whether it was through her volunteer work or her daily interactions, Pam left people feeling seen, heard, and cared for.
Her passing leaves a space that cannot be filled, but her memory will live on in every flower she planted, every story her grandchildren remember, and every person she touched with her kindness.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Star of Hope or the March of Dimes, in loving memory of Pam.
She gave so much love in her time here—and that love will carry on.
