Roxie Ann Dykstra passed away on June 10, 2015. She was born in Houston, Texas on April 6, 1929. Roxie graduated from Milby High School. She married Hank Dykstra on March 25, 1960. Roxie was preceded in death by her son Alex Dykstra and sisters Mary Starr and Freda Miranda. She is survived by husband Hank, son Willem, daughter-in-law Laura, grandchildren Josh and Bryce, and brothers Alfred and Joe Starr. Through the years Roxie was always very involved in the community, taking care of family and extended family and friends. A visitation will be held Monday, June 15, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home with interment to immediately follow in Forest Park East Cemetery.
