She was born in Seoul, Korea on January 21, 1931. She was predeceased by her husband William King of Friendswood, TX. They met in Seoul, Korea and made their way to Friendswood, TX making plenty of cherished and life long friends along the way. She was a member of St. Andrew Kim Church in Houston.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Phillips of The Woodlands, TX; two grandchildren Chase Phillips of Conroe, TX and Lauren Phillips of Richmond, TX. She is also survived by her sisters Nam and husband Sung Jung of Houston, TX and Jeanie and husband Charles Smith of Bonaire, GA, brothers Jin Chule and wife Cheol Ham of League City, TX, Jin Man and wife Heung Ham of Houston, TX along with her beloved nephews and their families.
Family will receive friends for visitation Thursday, December 21 from 1:00pm-2:00pm with a service beginning at 2:00pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598.
