Sharon Jane Craft

Sharon Jane Brunette Craft, 85, of League City, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2025. She was born on October 2, 1939, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Francis and Queen Brunette, both of whom preceded her in death. Though born in Milwaukee, she always said she couldn't get to Texas fast enough.

Sharon dedicated her career to serving the City of Houston as a city inspector. She was passionate about fishing, ceramics and cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was non-denominational in her faith.

Fondly known as Mom, Grams, Sharon, and Woody, she had a gift for connecting with people and brought laughter wherever she went. Sharon was renowned for her cooking, particularly her fried chicken and cheesecake - really, she could cook anything. There was always good food and plenty of love when she was around.

Grams was a fighter and an incredibly strong woman. When asked how she was doing, she would cheerfully reply, "Just ducky ducky!" - a phrase that perfectly captured her spirited personality.

She was preceded in death by her son Tim Tevis and her brothers Jimmy and Randy Brunette. Sharon is survived by her children: Pattie Harper, Sheri Linker and husband Kenny, and Gigi Gasparini; as well as the family of her late son Tim, including his widow Annette. She is also survived by her brother Doug Brunette and wife Jan.

Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Summer Bradley and husband Scott, Brittany Stanfield and husband Blaine, Nick Gasparini and wife Brittany, Austin Gasparini, Josh Linker, Jake Linker, Joey Linker, Angie Rack and husband Jimmy, and Taylor Tevis. She also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren: Austin and Payten Bradley, Owen and Dylan Stanfield, Ava, Jimmy, and Ella Rack.

A celebration of life, come and go, will be held on August 16, 2025, from 4:00-7:00 PM. The family requests that guests wear purple or pink in Sharon's honor.

In lieu of cut flowers, the family would appreciate plants that can be planted in her memory. Please contact Pattie, Summer, or Brittany for arrangements
