Steven Eric Jones, 45, of League City, Texas, passed away Monday, February 13, 2017. He was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on October 26, 1971 to Robert and Kathleen Jones. He was married to Elizabeth Jones for 5 years.
Steven had a career in paramedicine. He worked for multiple EMS agencies for over 20 years, ultimately ending in his dream job at Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemicals. He had a passion for scuba diving and fast cars.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Elmer Jones; siblings, James, Penelope and Sasha; aunt, Amy Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Jones; children, Melissa, Nicholas, Kylie and Kash Jones; grandchild, Cody Kokes; parents, Robert and Kathleen Jones; brother, Samuel Jones; nieces, Navaeh, Noemie and Natalie; many other beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 17, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. A Celebration of Life will follow at 4:00 pm.
