Tommy Wayne Laird Sr.

Tommy worked as a Pipefitter / Welder for Pipefitters Local Union #211. He was a member of Masonic Lodge and had a passion for anything outdoors. He loved to hunt and fish with family and friends. He was a resident of the South-Belt area for 40 years and President of the Scarsdale HOA.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Laird; mother Zoria Laird; brothers James, Haywood, and William Laird.

He is survived by his wife, Delores Laird; sister and her husband Joeann and Bill Speich; three sons and their wives, Tommy and Jamie Laird, Bill and Lorie Laird, and John and Michele Laird; ten grandchildren, Rob Craven and wife Angela Craven, Amanda Laird, Johnny Laird, Justin Laird, Hannah Laird, Emma Laird, Cole Laird, Ian Laird, Chason Laird, and Sebastian Reyna.

Family will receive friends on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at South Main Baptist Church, 4600 E Sam Houston Parkway S Pasadena, TX 77505. A funeral service will be held at South Main Baptist Church on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598.
