With family at her side, Annette peacefully passed away at the The Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto on August 29th , 2014. Loving daughter of Roy Anthony Howell Sr. and Alinda Gilkes-McIntosh. Beloved sister to Caroline Gilkes. The family would like to thank all those whom have cared and supported Annette during this time. Family and friends are welcome to visit at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON (one block west of Kingston Road). On _Friday September 5th, 2014 from 2pm – 4pm. and 6-9pm. Funeral service will take place at Rosewood Church of the Nazarene at 11am on Saturday, September 6, 2014 following the visitation at the Church that will start at 10am. Annette will be laid to rest in Barbados. If desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Rosewood Church of the Nazarene.
