Attendees are invited to wear a jersey for the Toronto Maple Leafs or Toronto Blue Jays, or the colours blue and white to David's service. All are welcome to bring flowers in these shades to lay in tribute at his final resting place at Duffin Meadows, following his service at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, Scarborough Chapel (details below).
