It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Denise, in Toronto, after courageously fighting health issues throughout her life. Denise was born in Belleville, Ont., and was predeceased by her mother, Bonita (Bunny) and stepfather Morley Marcella, and father Kenneth.
Denise will be especially missed but never forgotten by cousins Joey and Susie, Sheila and Joe, long-time friends Rhonda and Kathleen, and by her amazing neighbours on Confederation. Denise will also be missed by numerous cousins who have been in touch through-out the years.
Denise was an avid, life-long Sci-fi and Star Trek fan. During her recent months at Westpark, Denise discovered a love of the hobby of looming (thanks to Christine and many new friends).
Church service and cremation has already occurred and burial of the ashes will be held at a later date in New Waterford, Nova Scotia for Denise and her mom.
