Passed away peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital on April 4, 2025, at the age of 78. Be loved wife to the late Eric William Winter. Daughter of Ephraim Brown, Lilly May (nee Olford) Of Sandringham, Newfoundland. Loving Mother to Craig & his wife Jaki & Casey & her husband Shane. Predeceased by her brother David & sister Jean.
Dorothy was a proud and devoted “NAN” to Trisha, Isaiah, Dante, Damian, Julian, Malik, Garrett, Jake, Natasha, Dustin, Sean & Mitch and great grandchildren Hayden & Mariah. Dorothy will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
