Peacefully passed away on Monday April 28, 2014 at his home at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 32 years to Heather. Caring and devoted father to Kim ( Pete). Loving Poppa to Kasarah, Tyler, and Zackery. Cecil will be remembered in the hearts of his many brothers, sisters, family and friends.
