On November 29, 2013 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Joan. Loving father to Leslie (Tyrone), Jim (Laurel). Step father to Ted Hopkinson (Peshani), and Susan Hopkinson. Dear Step-Grandfather to Layla, Max, Cailey, and Andrew. Predeceased by brother Richard and dearly missed by sister in law Audrey, Nephews, Extended family and many friends. John served with CIBC for 35 years. Two of his most treasured pass times was flying his model airplanes and watching his birds.
A Service in Memory of John will be held at St. Dunstan of Canterbury Anglican Church, 56 Lawson Road, Scarborough, Ontario on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 1pm with visiting an hour prior. Cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada or St. Dunstan’s Church would be appreciated.
