TIMMS, John Edward - Passed away quietly on Saturday, December 18, 2010. We lost our quiet hero. He leaves a legacy of love, commitment strength and humour. Predeceased by his wife Dorothy, he will live through his children John (Elizabeth), Brian, Arlene, Nancy (Jim), his grandchildren Denise (Darrin), Nicole (Marshall), Adrienne (John), Johnathan and Bryan and his great-grandchildren Donovan, Dara, Johnathan and new arrival in April. He is survived by his sisters Joyce and Jacqueline and brothers Tom, Jim, Gord and Allan. He will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thank you to the palliative care nurses at the Scarborough General Hospital. Family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
